Delivery of pieces from our Store

We have shopped around to find the best value service. The store groups items together in your shopping basket and calculates delivery cost on the basis of weight. This means the more you buy the better value delivery becomes. There is a £49.99 upper threshold meaning you will never pay more than that in a single order (even if you bought one of everything in the store!). However, as you would expect a serving board has a much lower delivery cost than a book case, for example.

Where possible we will always endeavour to group your order, so that all the items arrive on the same day. This is only possible:

• If all items can go with the same carrier

• If the difference in lead times isn’t too large

Most pieces are made to order. This means dispatch can be as much as 4-6 weeks from order. However, we strive to turn orders around as quickly as we can and will always notify you as soon as an item is dispatched.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact us with the product you wish to retrun and the reason for the return. We can then issue you with a return address for a replacement or refund.
